Where can i find inexpensive or gently used cloth diapers?

sissychellE asked:

I love these new all in one, one size fits all clothe diapers. My friend is using the Genius ones, but they are so pricey to in before I have settled on cloth. Is there anywhere i can get some fairly inexpensive before commiting to spending the $500 on the good ones? does anyone have any for sale. I have tried e-bay and they have some knock off brands and home made ones. I am not sure how I feel about that. Any suggestions??

  1. Go to

People sell their used diapers there. It’s fantastic!

I use prefolds with a Bummis Super Whisper Wrap cover and I am very happy with them. Prefolds are cheaper than BumGenius so it might be a decent place to start if you just want to dabble before making the investment

    try

it has a lot of helpful links

i have tried 1 AIO, One size pocket diaper – a happy heiney

    i was not impressed –

the microfiber smells funny after it is wet – my baby is 5 mos old and already i use the longest rise on the diaper – maybe because i use both inserts (large and small) but i have a very frequent and heavy wetter – who hates a damp diaper……the longest i can leave them on her during the day, is MAYBE 2 hours…..but closer to one – so for me – the cost of the diaper does NOT justify how many times i would have to change her – the prefolds are MUCH cheaper and work much better for me – and there is no funny smell – i can have different colored diaper covers for a much cheaper investment as well – the ONLY thing i like about the AIO diapers is the choice of different colors – however for the cost of them – i am quiet happy with using prefolds and diaper covers
