LOL..my daughter did the same thing. But for me I used dish liquid. I scrubbed it all out. I use the dawn stuff too. Other than that I have no idea. try vinegar. Vinegar gets the cat smell out of my clothes and stuff and gets some good stains out of the carpet. Maybe that is an option? But then was afterwards with baby soap. Good luck!

Baby oil might do the trick. Diaper rash ointment stays on the skin because it has a mineral oil base, so only another oil will act as a solvant and dilute it. Once you’ve worked it out with another oil you should be able to wash the second oil out with regular shampoo or dawn.
If all that fails, call the help line on the tube of diaper cream.

I would try a make-up remover – in particular, one of those two-phase ones for waterproof mascara like a Bi-Facil from Lancome or a similar one from the drugstore. You could also try cold cream and then follow it with baby shampoo.
Once you get it out this will be one of those things that you laugh about! Too cute!

lol….I have been through this as well. I used white vinegar. It’s going to stink, but that stuff works wonders. use it Straight, do not dilute it. Also have her stand in the shower while you do it. I had my daughter laying down in the tub, and unfortunately, when vinegar come in contact with the privates, its stings….so have her stand, and keep it away from that area. Good luck, and thank you for giving me a laugh. I thought I was the only one who has gone through this….lol.
