I only moved him up to 4 because the 3's were getting a little bit smaller from navel to crotch and I was scared of leaks out the top! haha You have to remember though every kid is different. My co-worker's grand daughter is 3 months younger than my son and she is like 2 times his size =) My son is 26 months and just recently moved to a size 4 but he can still actually wear 3. My daughter on the other hand...if she keeps growing the way she is she will probably use those huge size 6 before she is ready.
