  1. Most diaper creams will work fine. Desitin is good. Johnson’s is good. Be sure her skin is totally dry before applying.

    Boudreaux’s Butt Paste

i use it everytime she gets a little rash and next day or sooner then that its gone.
you can get it at walmart or really any store..walgreens too

  3. At the sign of a rash forming, i use Fissan paste and in 9 months, even during teething, my son has never had rash.

I think the best thing ever is Penaten cream. I have to buy it online, I’ve never seen it in stores.

I’m a tried and true fan of Desitin. The Desitin creamy works really well (blue tube), but if you have a bad rash on your hands, go for the purple tube of Desitin w/ the zinc ox. 40 %. Also just like my mom and grandmother said, if you can help it, try to air it out for a while (although I know that’s hard to determine what kind of mess they can make that way). If you can feel ok about it, line a pack’n'play with some old sheets and lay her in there for a while. Some fresh air really helps to dry it out before your forced to stick a diaper back on and trap moisture.
