I'm an adult that has to wear diapers 24 / 7 due to a medical condition. Personally, I use a standard 13 gallon tall kitchen trashcan with the flip up lid. It's big enough to hold the diapers that I feed into it. No liner inside, just water with some white vinegar and some laundry detergent to help keep odors down. If you rinse the diapers first, even just the wet ones, then the odors aren't too bad at all.

If you could find some way to put a seal on the lid of the trash can it should stop all odors. The white vinegar helps kill the bacteria that causes odors.

I hope this has helped you.

Good luck.
