I would try Balmex, that always worked for my son. But if it doesn’t help by the next day, definitely go to the doctor make sure it’s not a yeast infection. They are much more common in babies than people realize.

My favorite so far is vaseline. Of course, it is our first diaper rash, but I put just a little bit one there once last night and this morning it was gone. Good luck!

Breastmilk is the miracle cure for tons of things… including diaper rashes. Rinse babies bottom and dab on some breastmilk on a saturated cotton ball. It really works.

Butt Paste is good stuff. Just be sure the **** is clean and dried completely before applying – otherwise, you’re just confounding the issue by trapping moisture and other things against the skin.

first off, are you sure its diaper rash? it may be a yeast infection, in which case diaper rash creams would not help. Yeast infections in baby girls are not that uncommon, and are widely mistaken for diaper rash. If the rash is not getting better with the typical diaper rash creams, you mom should really take her to the pedi.
