If you use cloth diapers, what made you decide to use them?
binoxi asked:
I've been thinking about using cloth diapers and am having a hard time deciding which is more beneficial for me. I would like to know what made other people decide to use them!
environment?
cost?
upbringing?
I want to use cloth because of the money it will save me! We don't make a lot right now and cloth may be better in the long run!

Get a diaper service. It is better for the environment, and costs no more than disposable diapers.

Cleaner, more comfortable and less nappy rash. Just what you want.

Money- the paper are more expensive and are not good for the enviroment. So wash out the clothe in the tiolet or flush it holding on corner tightly. Then soaking in a bucket until you have a tub load and wash and dry and they are ready to go again. All it costs is a little bit of soap. Use plastic pants with them or it leaks all over.
It also cleared up his rash.

It’s cheaper, better for the enviroment, You never run out of diapers, and they rarely get a rash.
I was a stay at home mom so it was easy for me to make the decision. Now also buy the regular kind because its easier when you are on the go. lol

The fact that I had 4 children in diapers at the same time and I was going through 30 diapers a day. Makes more sense to use cloth.
