Try giving him a toy or something that would take both of his hands so you can change him. Also, have everything you need to change him right next to you. Not really...I usually give my son a toy to play with, along with talking or singing or making funny noises. It seems to work pretty well. by the way...PLEASE dont use duct tape!!
