Now that being said, you can for a few dollars, do a background check at your local police department, and have your babysitter make a photo copy of her drivers license and show you her residence What i would suggest is advertising for free on the FREECYCLE.ORG websites Backpages.Com is another good site Hope this helps Meg or in local papers well I am not sure about sittercity
