Does anyone know where I can find the plastic covers for cloth diapers?

khaileebaby asked:

I want to put on my daughter so I can get her potty trained, but I can't seem to find the plastic covers that they used to use on kids that wore cloth diapers??
For those of you who think I should put my kid in pull-ups...I have tried that. For some reason to here they're no different than diapers. When I put her in the thicker big she doesn't like going in those like she does pull-ups or diapers. Believe me, I would love to put my daughter in pull ups than in big so she can potty in them and me have to deal with cleaning them. I am trying to potty train her and the pull-ups haven't worked. I know the big kid panties will, but she still goes in them and I don't want my nice furniture getting soaked or my carpet. So, just looking for some plastic covers to put over the big . I have one right now that was given to me, but I'd like to find more.

I have seen them recently at both Wal-Mart and Target. I am sure that Babies R Us also sells them.

  3. walmart, i’ve also seen them at the dollar store

  4. I think they sell them at Wal-Mart. I have a friend who just started potty training, and she bought them there.

Wal-Mart sells the Gerber brand plastic pants. But, also try eBay, people sell all different kinds on there. I like the velcro ones, and the ones with snaps. So easy!

  8. get g diapers they are cloth diapers with flushable biodegradeable inserts

You can get the plastic pants Gerber makes, but I’ve always thought those look pretty uncomfortable. Or you can buy training pants that have a waterproof liner. Imse Vimse makes great ones (you can find them online), and Nikky and Niji are good too (both available at). They’re kind of expensive, but if you wash them every day, you don’t need more than a few pair.

  10. umm how bout you just put the kid in some pull ups or real diapers? i mean come on, cloths diapers are disgusting and too much work. plus this isnt the 1940s. we have pampers nowadays, save yourself some disgust and time. thnx.

  11. In the baby sections of K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Walgreens, CVS Pharmacy, Big Lots, most grocery stores. They are very easy to find and you can get them at most any department store.

    Good luck.

  12. do you have a Babys’r us in your area. I know that they do carry the covers and also underwear with a plastic outside in one piece…. Good luck.

  13. I use cloth diapers on my kids and the only decent places to get covers are on-line. Some of my favorite stores are babycottonbottoms.com, nickisdiapers.com, monkeytoediapers.com, lildiaperdepot.com

Diaperpin.com may be helpful for pull-up covers, I know they have reviews for diaper covers.

Covers made from PUL are the best in my opinion, better than vinyl.
