Usually, disposable diapers are made with absorbent materials. To be more specific, two sheets are placed together in order to produce an absorbent material. As a rule of thumb, bigger sizes of diapers will cost more.
Considering cloth diapers, this is highly economical, which means that the expense could be even none as compared to purchasing disposable diapers. In this case, fabrics such as cotton, flannel, fleece, or terry cloth are the best option for diaper use.
