I have had three babies now and I am yet to find a diaper rash cream I really like.. some of them don't seem to make any difference, some are so stuck on they don't come off even in a bath etc.. What kind do you use? Do you like it? Does it seem to actually help?

Note I do change my baby very frequently and she doesn't actually have a rash sometimes she is just a bit red and seems irritated when I wipe her. I just want to know what other parents have used and they like. Thank you!

It doesn't really seem to bother her too much pain wise but last night she scratched a whole in her diaper trying to scratch the rash. My 17 month old son has had this rash for going on 3 weeks now! I've used Boudreaux's **** Paste, which has been a God-send in the past, and I've also used hydrocortisone and Bactroban. I even give him a quick bath after each diaper change then pat him dry. It's hurting him so bad that he won't sit on his right **** cheek. Anyone have any home remedies that I may not know about?
Just to be clear, for the one that said for me to change his diaper (DUH!), he gets his diaper changed as soon as he wets or poops and I've been doing it ever since this started. I appreciate all your serious answers! And to the lady that suggested Triple Paste, funny you mentioned that, because I just returned from the store and bought some, so we'll see how it works! I've even made a doc appt for tomorrow to see what they say. Thanks again guys!!
