What are some good affordable diaper covers for cloth diapers?

I'm looking for a cloth diaper cover. I good one and I prefer one with touchtape and not snaps. I'm going to use prefolds I think so I'm looking for a cover for them. Any advice and how many would I need and what prefold to go with besides Gerber.
