Cloth Diaper Depot

Currently, I'm putting together our pricing structure for cloth diaper delivery service. As a parent, How much would you pay for cloth diaper services? I have researched & found services anywhere from to as much as .00 per week. What is the MAXIMUM you would spend?

I am about 5 1/2 months pregnant with twins and we are considering cloth diapers or a diaper service in place of the disposable ones. Has anyone tried a diaper service or cloth diapers? What are your thoughts?

I have been cloth diapering exclusively for 8 months. I use a blue and white Cosco diaper pail with a cloth liner inside. This worked great when his diapers were smaller, but now the pail fills up long before I'm ready to wash diapers.

I know many families use a 13 gallon garbage can, but will this keep in odor?

What diaper pails do you use? I'm concerned that diaper pails intended for paper diapers will have too small an opening for my diapers. Also, I do not want to have to use any type of disposable liner or bag for the diaper pail.

My daughter spent the better part for 5 months on antibiotics for ear infections which caused her to have lots of diaper rashes. Now that she doesn't need antibiotics since she had tubes placed she is left with very sensitive skin. I have decided to switch to cloth diapers for her because I have heard that they wont cause her to rash as easily. But I have also heard that you can't use most diaper rash creams with cloth diapers. What is the best thing to use for rash while using cloth diapers?

So far, my youngest hasn't broken out in a rash from wearing cloth diapers overnight with plastic pants. In case she does, I want to know what kind of diaper rash ointment to use. Is there a cheap brand that clears up rashes and won't ruin the diapers? I know Desetin isn't good for cloth diapers because it makes them stinky.

I live on St. Croix, an island in the US Virgin Islands. They dont have diaper service here but I want to use cloth diapers. What's the procedure for cleaning and sanitizing them?
