Can I wash my cloth diaper prefolds and gdiaper inserts with my normal laundry?
Can I just wash my cloth diaper prefolds and gdiaper inserts with the laundry I normaly was on hot water. I use All free and clear and saw that it was fine to wash the diapers in this. Any advice would be great.

No.
Cloth diapers require a reduced amount of detergent and a higher water wash with a rinse- putting them through with your normal washing will not enable you to clean them properly, you will get detergent build up (and that makes them really STINK when your child urinates) and you will waste water.
I put the diapers on to wash just before I go to bed and hang them out first thing in the morning so that I’m not sitting around waiting for the longer cycle to end!

I’d personally do diapers separate from other laundry

I’d probably wash them separately.
May i ask which cloth nappies do you use? I want to purchase some but read bad reviews about the bambino mio, but like the idea of pre-folds and velcro tabs? Could you advise me at all?

My mom combined them when she did laundry. I wash mine separately.
I have a full load of clothes and a full load of diapers when I do them anyway. The diapers really should have a lot of room in the washer, so personally, I think washing them separately makes a lot more sense.
It depends on your situation, but if you have your own washer, I’d recommend separating them.
I wash my prefolds on cold, then hot. So 2 cycles. At the end rinse the water is clear. In the first cold rinse it is not.

Just use disposable diapers and you won’t have to wash them!
